For only $14.00 per month you will be enrolled in our eviction protection program which will cover the following expenses in the event we have to evict your tenant.

It’s easy, when completing your Property Management Agreement simply initial the box “Eviction Protection”.
*Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc. will only offer eviction protection coverage for tenancies where Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc. procured and screened the tenant.
Pet’s are great, except when they are not. Pet damage can be expensive and cause damage to flooring, trim, yards, and more.
Sleep Sound pays for this guarantee by retaining pet rent charged to the tenant. In exchange we cover up to $2,500.00 above the residents deposit.
* This only applies to pets screened and approved by Sleep Sound unless agreed to otherwise in writing.
To ensure you have the most protection we will apply the tenants deposit to any damages first.
Your Property Manager is your eyes and ears. In the Landlord business, repairs and maintenance are part of property ownership, but that doesn’t mean you should be blindsided by unexpected expenses or pay for large repairs you didn’t approve.
*There is no limit or approval needed to address repairs that are emergencies as defined by Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc. or habitability issues which are defined by law. Efforts will be made to resolve or mitigate damage.
