Concession: Approved applicants will receive either 4 or 6 weeks of free rent depending on when the unit was toured, and move-in funds will cover the days following this period.
- If the 4-6 weeks free ends before the 15th of the following month, move-in funds will include prorated rent for the remaining days of that month.
- If the 4-6 weeks free ends on or after the 15th of the following month, move-in funds will include prorated rent for the remaining days of that month as well as the full rent for the next month.
